Folder 1 - "Thermal_Characteristics" - includes the thermal characteristics of dwellings in England and Wales in 2018 before and after energy efficiency measures.
Folder 2 - "Positive_Flexibility_Results" - includes the magnitude and duration of positive flexibility services (increasing the electricity consumption of heat pumps) for all the local authority in England and Wales.
Folder 3 - "Negative_Flexibility_Results" - includes the magnitude and duration of negative flexibility services (decreasing the electricity consumption of heat pumps)for all the local authority in England and Wales.
