The data from this project is split into the following folders:

Folder 1 - "01 - Thermal_Characteristics" - includes the data of the thermal characteristics of dwellings for all the Lower Layer Super Output Areas (LSOA) in England and Wales before and after energy efficiency measures. 
Folder 2 - "02 - Positive_Flexibility_Results" - includes the magnitude and duration of positive flexibility services (increasing the electricity consumption of heat pumps) for all the local authority in England and Wales. 
Folder 3 - "03 - Negative_Flexibility_Results" - includes the magnitude and duration of negative flexibility services (decreasing the electricity consumption of heat pumps)for all the local authority in England and Wales.
