The files starting with "Negative_Flexibility_Results" and "Positive_Flexibility_Results" include the magnitude and duration of negative (reducing power consumption) and positive (increasing power consumption) flexibility services at local authority level for different input parameters. Each file has the following data for all the local authority in England and Wales: column 1 - "Outside_Air_Temperature_(degreeC)" - The outside air temperature used to estimate the flexibility provided by the dwellings. column 2 - "Inside_Air_Temperature_(degreeC)" - The initial indoor air temperature used to estimate the magnitude and duration of the flexibility that can be provided by the dwellings. column 3 - "Thermal_Capacity_Level" - The thermal capacity level of the dwellings (e.g., medium, medium+10% or medium-10%) column 4 - "Local_Authority" - The local authority for which the magnitude and duration of the flexibility was estimated. Column 5+ - Column names are the duration in seconds - the value for each local authority is the magnitude of the flexibility in MW. A negative value represents a decrease in the electricity demand of the air source heat pumps installed in the dwellings. A positive value represents an increase in the electricity demand of the air source heat pumps installed in the dwellings
