Characterisation of Feedstocks Project - ETI Open Licence for Materials The Energy Technologies Institute LLP (the ETI) is making this Document available for Use under the following conditions from the Characterisation of Feedstocks Project. This is intended to make this Document available on a similar basis as under the Open Government Licence but it is not Crown Copyright and it is owned and licenced separately by the ETI. You are encouraged to Use and re-use the Document that is available under this licence freely and flexibly, with only a few conditions. Using the Document under this licence: Use of the Document made available under this licence indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions below. The ETI grants you a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive licence to Use the copyrights and database rights (if any) in the Document subject to the conditions below. This licence does not affect your freedom under fair dealing or fair use or any other copyright or database right exceptions and limitations. You must, where you do any of the above: - acknowledge the source of the Document by including the following acknowledgement: "These materials are taken from a project, funded and commissioned by the ETI and carried out by Forest Research and Uniper Technologies Ltd (formerly E.ON). They are made available by the UKERC Energy Data Centre." - Provide a copy of or a link to this licence. - State that the Document contains materials protected by copyright licensed under this ETI Open Licence. - Acquire and maintain all necessary licences (if any) to any Third Party IP needed to use the Document. - Comply with any additional requirements for Use states on the cover page of the Document. These are important conditions of this licence and if you fail to comply with them the rights granted to you under this licence, or any similar licence granted by the ETI, will end automatically. Exemptions: This licence only covers the ETI's copyright and database rights (if any) in the Document and does not cover: - personal data in the Document; - trade marks of the ETI and any of the Participants (or their sub-contractors) identified in the Document or otherwise; and - any other intellectual property rights, including patents, trade marks, and design rights. Non warranty and liability: The Document is made available for Use without charge. In downloading the Document, you accept the basis on which the ETI makes it available. Definitions: In this licence, the terms below have the following meanings: 'Document' means the document, model and/or spreadsheet together with the information contained within the document protected by copyright or by database right (for example, literary and artistic works, content, data and source code) offered for Use under the terms of this licence. 'ETI' means the Energy Technologies Institute LLP, a limited liability partnership (OC333553), whose registered office is at Holywell Building, Holywell Way, Loughborough, LE11 3UZ. 'Third Party IP' means any third party intellectual property rights which are required by you to Use the Document. 'Use' means doing any act which is restricted by copyright or database right, whether in the original medium or in any other medium, and includes without limitation distributing, copying, adapting, modifying as may be technically necessary to use it in a different mode or format. 'You' means the natural or legal person, or body of persons corporate or incorporate, acquiring rights under this licence.
