Directory containing data sets from the HRSG (heat recovery steam generator) tests. This directory contains a file in both pdf and csv formats providing details of conditions for each test. Phase 1 data (tests 1 to 17) were added in December 2017. Phase 2 data (tests 18 to 76) were added in December 2019. HRSG_matrix_test_summary_sheet.pdf and HRSG_matrix_test_summary_sheet.xlsx summarise the Phase 1 experiments only. HRSG_matrix_test_summary_sheet_Finished.pdf and HRSG_matrix_test_summary_sheet_Finished.xlsx summarise the Phase 1 and Phase 2 experiments. The data for each test is made up of a 'tdms' file which has also been converted into a series of csv files. The 'tdms' file format can be opened in a number of commercial software packages, including Microsoft Excel (with a free add-in), MatLab and LabView's Diadem. The csv files include a file called 'Data_descriptions' which lists all of the channels recorded in the other csv files. The units in which data was recorded from each set of instrumentation were as follows: - Flame ionisation detectors: V (detecting change in voltage) - Optical probes: V (detecting change in voltage) - Pressure transducers: bar gauge - Thermocouples: degrees Celsius Also, in this file, 'DT_DOUBLE' means a double precision number, 'Length' is the number of entries in the record for a particular measured parameter, and 'wf_increment' refers to waveform sampling interval in seconds. For all tests there is also both a pdf document providing a 'data output template', on seperate pages and in the following order, these give: - instrumentation locations within the rig - climatic conditions on day of testing with brief test details - arrival time of flame front at each flame ionisation detector - arrival time of flame front at each optical probe - arrival time and pressure amplitude at each pressure transducer - peak temperatures recorded at each thermocouple - graphical representation of data recorded from ionisation detectors - graphical representation of data recorded from pressure transducers - graphical representation of data recorded from optical probes - graphical representation of data recorded from thermocouples Rig mass flow calculations are also included (as pdf, and excel files) for each day of testing and in some cases there are also videos of the tests (in MP4 format). In addition to the data files an additional folder of test reporting is provided. Within this, the Project_Report.pdf written at the end of Phase 1,includes a list of all instrumentation and installation locations. ETI_High_Hydrogen_Phase_2_Test_Final_Report.pdf was written at the end of Phase 2.
